I was with them for over 4 years and never had a problem with them...They are kind and professional. If I move back to Anchorage and the Mountain view area I will use there services again !! I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff or the facilities.

10/10 services. Highly recommend this place, don't let the hill coming down, scare you. It's not as scary as it seems. Great prices- secured storage unit- both heated and unheated are available. Along with indoor and outdoor units. Great management which speaking of which absolutely love the management- super friendly and always ready to help and answer any questions or concerns. Stored my household belongings for almost 2 years. And decided to come back because I love the management, and I feel like it's a safe storage unit. Never had any damage done to my belongings or anything stolen.

Kat the manager is wonderful and so full of knowledge. When I called she answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb. Made me feel really good about getting a unit with this company! Will recommend Arctic Storage to all my friends needing a storage unit!
