Dawn Mcdonald made it easy for me to know how it all works out here. She did an excellent job of helping me figure out the type of storage unit for my situation. I came here looking for help to store my belongings from my home that was just broken into. Dawn worked within my budget, including the specials they are currently having. She also gave me a military discount and an amazing storage unit. Being a veteran also counts towards the military discount here. Other storage companies in town made it difficult for me to figure things out. Thank you, Dawn and Midtown storage for making my life easier in a very difficult time.

Donna at the front desk is the most helpful customer service agent I've ever dealt with. She went out of her way multiple times to give us the best experience possible. Whatever she is making, she deserves a raise. I would definitely use this storage unit again in between my next moves. 10/10
