Just wanted to leave a review about this storage place. I’ve dealt with a lot of storage places but never have I’ve experienced such incredible customer service than Arctic. Crystal is the kindest most friendliest person I’ve dealt with. I’ve had a rental there for awhile and she has really gone above and beyond to help me when I needed someone most. I had a mishap with my rental and she was right there to help me and rectify the situation and has always had my back and completely understanding. Haven’t found this kindness at other storage rentals. She is very caring!!! Highly recommend!!! Thanks Crystal for always taking care of me.

Was calling to see what size the units are and if the heated ones were a good size ! And the lady in the front office Crystal is so amazing she is so kind and so sweet and was very helpful about all the units and the prices

My experience with Arctic Storage at Foothills has been entirely positive. Crystal in the front office is a gem - always on top of things. I rented a small storage space that suited my needs and then rented a parking space because the prices are great and my experience there has been positive. Everything feels safe and secure every time I go there.
